About Me

Mechanical Engineering student at the University of St. Thomas with minors in Physics and Materials Science & Engineering.

I currently work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant studying wire-arc additive manufacturing (WAAM), where I develop finite element simulations in ANSYS and material models to study heat transfer and distortion during the additive manufacturing process.

My academic projects include a thermal safety analysis of a wireless medical implant and an experimental evaluation of mangrove barriers for wave-height reduction.

In addition to research and coursework, I have experience in engineering lab operations, student leadership, orientation programs, NCAA Division I broadcast production, and University Advancement initiatives. Through these roles, I have learned to communicate technical information, work effectively with others, and adapt to new challenges.
