- Evaluated 6 mangrove configurations with 3D-printed structures to determine wave-height reduction.

- Designed and fabricated a tethered cleanup robot featuring a gear-driven bucket manipulator and self-locking crane arm for a 150-second machine design competition.
- Iterated the end-effector through multiple prototypes, replacing sheet-metal components with 3D-printed parts to improve gear alignment and reduce shaft deflection.
- Redesigned the lifting mechanism after early concepts proved unreliable, integrating a worm-gear drive to prevent back-driving under load.
